Composition of PVC decors
1. Primer
A liquid that is applied to the base to create better adhesion (bonding) between the decoration and the surface of the part.
2. Base
Decorative polymer film based on rigid PVC (Polyvinylchloride) of the same colour throughout the entire thickness of the layer. The 3D structure is given by a special cylinder at the time of production of the decor, after the application of the protective layer.
3. Protective layer
A transparent PVC layer that protects the decor from damage and increases its durability. Composition of eco veneer decors
Composition of Ekoshpon decors
1. Base of the preimpregnant
A modern type of base on which paint is applied without the use of additional impregnations.
2. Paint
High-resolution printing that mimics the natural look of wood.
3. 3D structure
It is created through the use of innovative paint application technologies and special structural rollers.
4. Varnish
A protective layer to make the decor durable and waterproof.
Smart door leaf design
The web elements are assembled with the help of staples and tie-down screws*, which provide strength to the web structure and prevent sagging.
The basis of the stalls is a spliced wooden beam in the places where the lock and hinges are inserted and cardboard honeycomb filler in the free areas of the stall; the stalls are reinforced with MDF.
The post profile has radii on the inner and outer sides, which ensure a smooth transition between parts without disturbing the appearance of the door leaf.
The posts and lintels are assembled according to the tenon-groove principle (groove in the post, tenon in the lintel).
*Some models (C 018, C 026, C 034, C080) can be assembled without the use of fixing screws, but by gluing the parts together. This method does not affect the construction of the blade, but makes the blade look more sophisticated, as there are no additional elements at the ends.
Advantages (features) of Smart door leaves:
- The doors are made of spliced wooden beams and cardboard honeycomb, reinforced on both sides with MDF, which ensures the doors' strength and sound insulation.
- The use of composite posts can significantly reduce the weight and change the geometry of door leaves, minimise the possibility of sagging and the likelihood of deformation due to possible changes in the physical parameters of door leaves during operation.
- By wrapping each part individually in the décor, protection from external factors is ensured, which increases the service life of the door.
- The multi-layer coating protects the door leaf from moisture and temperature changes.
- All transitions between parts have radii, which makes the appearance of the door softer and even more pleasant.
